Office Security

Our private office space is located at 89 rue Réaumur, 75002 Paris, accessible only to Elevo personnel. These offices are used exclusively as a workplace and do not host any servers or client data.

Access to the premises is controlled through personal, non-transferable access badges. All entry logs are recorded and retained. In the event of a badge being lost, it can be revoked immediately and remotely.

Data Center Security

This is entirely managed by our hosting providers:

Workstation and External Service Security

All employee computers are encrypted, configured with a minimum prompt lock, and protected by a strong, unique password that also encrypts the disk.

All devices are centrally managed through JAMF to ensure compliance with Elevo’s security policies.

The cloud services we use are also secured with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

We enforce 2FA wherever possible, in particular through our Google Workspace SSO, which mandates two-factor authentication for all users.
